Take That, George!
July 3rd, 2004 by owenamI finally got around to seeing Fahrenheit 9/11 this week, and there’s no way I’m voting for that guy. Michael Moore simply does not have the experience necessary to be President of the United States.
Seriously, I appreciated the movie — especially the reminder of how questionable W’s presidency was to begin with — but doubt its effectiveness as a persuasive tool. Maybe it’s just hard for me to look at it from the perspective of the mythical “swing voter” (I don’t think I have ever encountered an member of that species in the wild).
Plans are in place to celebrate our independence from the tyranny of King George by cooking meat on a fire, drinking alcohol and absorbing solar radiation. Take that, George!
