He’s spreading dirt to fill in behind the curbs in the parking lot to get ready for landscaping, and he makes the dirt perfectly level with the curb without spilling a drop over. Think of a barista filling each mug with exactly the right amount of foam — except this guy is using a big mechanical scoopy arm.
